Definitions

The data we gather about you, and how we use your Personal Data

For your personal protection we don’t store your personal details for longer than is required for the purpose of your application.

  • Identification details: required for the purpose of your application
  • Bio Metrics: may be required as proof of identification
  • Contact details: to be able to contact you and also require for the application
  • Financial information: where required for the purpose of processing an application where evidence of funding is required
  • Health checks: dependent on your personal circumstances and the duration on type of application being processed.
  • Police checks: also dependent on your personal circumstances and the duration and type of application

Your Data is only used to process your application and only shared with immigration to assess your eligibility.

Your Data is not shared with any other 3rd parties for the purpose of:

  • Marketing, we don’t have any association with any 3rd party marketing including social media
  • Contact and Technical Data, your email, telephone, address and any other contact details obtained in processing your application is not passed on to any other parties other than Immigration.
  • Bio metrics, are only collected when required by immigration in processing your application and are not provided to any other parties.

Information automatically collected about you
